Online Ticketing: 1. You will be seated in the best available seats. If you have a preference please note any special requests in the checkout section. 2. Tickets will be held at the will-call area and can be picked up the day of the performance. If you would like to pick them up earlier, please call the box office at 1-207-667-9500. TICKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED. 3. To order tickets more then one grouping of tickets for a show, i.e, 2 Adults and 2 Youth. Please order the Adult tickets first. Then click "CONTINUE SHOPPING" to purchase the other tickets. 4. The Grand does not issue refunds. All sales are final. 5. Performance dates cannot be changed after tickets have been ordered. 6.  At this time the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased online is 10. If you would like to purchase more then that, please call The Grand at 1-207-667-9500. 7. Each online and phone order is subject to a $1.50 service charge.
