Based on the enduring classic Charlotte's Web by Maine author E.B. White, this play tells the story of the beloved pig, Wilbur, and his loyal friends. Determined to save her friend from the butcher's block, Charlotte the spider begins her campaign with the "miracle" of her web in which she writes, "Some pig." It's the start of a victorious campaign that, with the help of several animal and human friends, ultimately ends with the now safe Wilbur doing what is most important to Charlotte. This is a beautiful, knowing play about the joy and pain of growing up, and the true meaning of friendship.
